It reflects our experience of preparing translations for ICA, MOM, ROM and other Singapore authorities, but it is not tailored to your circumstances.
2 Not legal or immigration advice
We provide translation, certification and the arrangement of notarisation and legalisation. We do not provide immigration, legal, tax or financial advice, and nothing on this website should be read as such. Whether you are eligible for a pass, what an authority will accept and how long it will take are decided by that authority. For advice on your own case, speak to the authority concerned or a qualified professional.
3 Requirements change
Government departments update their forms, document lists and procedures without notice. We review our guides regularly, but we cannot guarantee that every page reflects the latest position on the day you read it. Your acknowledgement letter or the authority’s own website is always the final word.
4 Prices and turnaround
Prices shown on this website — for example from S$30 per page, notarisation at S$50 and same-day delivery for orders confirmed before 11 AM — are examples for typical documents. Only a written quotation is binding. Turnaround times depend on document length and complexity and, for notarisation, authentication and legalisation, on the availability of third parties.
5 Reviews and figures
Client reviews are published with the reviewer’s consent and reflect their own experience. Statistics such as acceptance rates and the number of documents delivered are drawn from our own records and are given in good faith; past results do not guarantee the outcome of any particular application.
6 Links to other websites
This website links to government pages, messaging platforms and other external sites for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
7 No liability for reliance
